It took 12 years of waiting it out as "Spiral Stairs," co-founder and guitarist of Pavement, but Scott Kannberg is finally stepping to the front with his new band Preston School Of Industry. Always an avowed fan of such classic pop-rock bands as Television, The Clean, Go Betweens and Echo and the Bunnymen, this is Scott's first opportunity to combine his myriad influences into a full-length release of his own.
