ANNA CALVI MAKES IT ONTO THE BBC SOUNDS OF 2011 LIST

If you didn’t know by now, Anna Calvi is one of fifteen artists included on the BBC’s highly influential Sound of 2011 List. The list which aims to predict who will be responsible for making some of the coming year’s most notable music is put together by 161 of the UK’s most forthright music critics, bloggers and broadcasters.
The 2011 list is pretty eclectic, as these lists tend to be, encompassing all manner of genres, so it’s definitely a nice thing to see our own Anna get a mention, especially with her debut, self titled album being released in the UK and Europe on 17th January 2011.
