ANIMAL COLLECTIVE ANNOUNCE UK TOUR FOR MARCH AND NEW SINGLE!

After their four recent sold out UK headline shows this month, Animal Collective have just announced a full UK and Irish tour for March 2009. The tour will include shows at the Forum in London and the Tripod in Dublin, full dates are as follows:

Animal Collective have also announced the release of My Girls as a digital download single on 23rd March 2009.  My Girls, the first single taken from their recently released album Merriweather Post Pavilion, is thoroughly addictive, full of wide-eyed, open-armed charm. It is also possibly one of the most beautiful songs ever about appreciating the more simple things in life.
