'Tender To The Blues' is backed by a selection of tracks which all allude to the different areas James is coming from. First up is �6:30 Is Just Way To Early� (Reuben�s String Arrangement), Athlete Reuben takes one of the key tracks from �Moving Up Country� & strips it down to the vocal, only to layer it with strings to create a lush, majestic piece. �A Man With My Skills� was taken from the original demos that initially caught the attention of Domino. Lastly we have a medley of two traditional folk songs �Hares On The Mountain/Old Maid� which firmly places James in the folk tradition that he so loves.
